Ship's Stores is a Sea Scout BSA volunteer orgainzation, based in California. Shirt with Sea Scouts BSA embroidered shirt and trousers $15.00. Back belt and buckle $3.50. 'Dixie cup' with Sea Scout 'bug' on it (see the dress white cap) for $4.00. Total cost: $22.50

The other alternative - and much faster delivery if urgency is key - is the Navy's Uniform Support. you will pay more and have to add Sea Scout patches, but you will get the uniform - exact to your measurements - 2-4 days after you place your order. Dress Uniforms - White for Youth, Undress Whites for the Adults & Quartermaster Rank

The best place to order whites is the Navy's Uniform Support. The youth (both male and female) uniform is the Navy's Enlisted Service Dress Whites: White Dress Jumper, White Trousers, White Belt (with silver buckle), Neckerchief and White ('Dixie Cup') hat. The youth decided they wanted a uniform that they could get dirty, for instance when working on a Habitat for Humanity, Community or Quartermaster Project. BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You must be able to order from the Uniform Support Center. To do so you must be either

  1. Active or retired Navy; or
  2. Have a letter and proof of registration from the District (Squadron) Executive or Commodore, on letterhead, indicating that you are a Skipper or Mate that is authorized to purchase uniforms.
